Jason Hackenwerth

One of the best lectures that ever came to Herron was from a artist that works in balloons.  His name is Jason Hackenwerth and he is most famous for his balloon creatures.  Many hang from the ceiling in galleries around the world any many more are created as suits.  When a person is inside the suit,  the artwork comes to life, following you around and shooting little balloon torpedoes at small children.  His work really belongs up there with the Art 21 series and the Art Now Books.  Bellow are a few YouTube Videos of his work and many more can be found on his blog http://jasonhackenwerth.blogspot.com/ and on his website http://www.jasonhackenwerth.com/
